In February, Charles got himself a Huffy Slider. For those who don’t know what a Huffy Sider is or can do, please watch this video. Working at a modified car magazine influences you to modify most things that’s got wheels on it. No matter how big or small the thing is. In this case, a one metre high tricycle that can drift!
The following videos was made around 11.30PM and we’ve probably been at work for 12 hours working on ASM’s Final Issue #85. The Huffy Slider was still standard then (wheels haven’t been changed yet) so it wouldn’t really slide. Only Willy, Papz and I were left at the office and Willy comes up with the idea of putting grease on the wheels. So Papz and I went to work and slabbed on as much grease as we can – because the more there is, the more you’ll slide. And it worked like a charm! The black lines you see on the ground at the beginning of the vid are the grease marks we left on the ground – reminds me of burnout marks, much awesomeness. Sorry Charles, for not telling you we greased your wheels and you putting your hands on it the next day. But it was worth it!
